Bandleader and saxophonist Kamasi Washington is one of the exciting young players on the jazz scene today. The award-winning saxophonist is also a member of such leading groups as the Gerald Wilson Big Band and Luckman Jazz Orchestra, and has performed with artists ranging from Billy Higgins and Wayne Shorter to Snoop Dog, Mos Def, and Raphael Saadiq.
